The Partners of CIPS Real Estate are Marlene Lynam and Douglas Talbert.

Marlene Lynam is Licensee in Charge and has been involved in Real Estate for the past 20 years. She holds a Real Estate Institute of NSW Accreditation in Property Management and has studied Advanced Property Management at the University of New England Armidale.

She served for nine years in the Australian Regular Army which strengthened her capabilities in managing and controlling all aspects of the property management portfolio.

Doug Talbert is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is a Solicitor with 15 years experience in financing property and equipment. Prior to this, Doug was a Senior Solicitor with Mallesons Stephen Jacques, specialising in corporate and structured finance.

Doug continues to arrange sophisticated property transactions, often involving complex legal and stamp duty issues.
